Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under specific conditions.

Please note that we do not accept returns for:

Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with details and proof (such as photos).

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you will need to contact us first for return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
